Where is your factory? can it be visited?	Our factory is located in Shanghai China, please come to our factory for a visit and make friends with each other no mater how the business goes on.
how does the sample getted by you?	after the design confirmed,we will make the sample at first time,normally 3-5 days,and then we will send it to you,we will make the sample for free,but the sample express cost should be paid by your company.
Can you make color and designas customer request?	Yes, if our running design not meet customer request, we can make design as your sample.
Do you accept small order?	Yes,we do. If your order is less than our MOQ, we can arrange special for you.
How does your factory do regarding quality control?	Do not be worried quality is priority.,our product has been tested and passed the quality serious requirement from USA and Europe
What is the reflective coefficient for the Reflective Material can pass?	Our Reflective Material can pass the EN13356 ,en471 class 2 standards for the reflective coefficient.
